Rodent-Control Placement.

Customers must not, at any point in the duration of the agreement, must not disturb, move, and/or replace rodent control placements or the content of the placements. Should they make any changes, Paramount may charge them with fees related to loss or damage of the bait stations, rodent-control placements, and/or the content thereof.

Cancellation of Service.

As state law stipulates, commercial pest control operators like Paramount Pest Doctors must remove any rodent baits from the customers’ premises upon termination of service agreements. Customers who wish to cancel the service must inform the Paramount technicians during their latest service (in writing). Failure to do this will give Paramount the right to charge fees associated with the removal of all rodent bait stations. Service agreements shall remain in effect until customers formally notify Paramount of the intended cancellation, and service will continue as agreed until Paramount receives the written notice of cancellation from customers.

Non-Payment Default.

All customers understand that if they do not settle their bill within a reasonable amount of time, they will be charged interest at the maximum legal rate. They may also be charged collection fees and attorney fees. Paramount reserves the right to refuse requests for additional services if customers have not settled any outstanding bill.

Pest Damage.

Paramount does not guarantee against, and may not be held responsible for, any past, present, or future damage to the structure or content within the customers’ premises.

Changes in Law and Regulations.

Paramount Pest Doctors abides by federal, state, and local laws and regulations at all times, and performs services accordingly. Should there be any changes in current laws and/or regulations, Paramount may add fees, revise the terms of service, or terminate an existing agreement.

Disclaimer.

Should Paramount Pest Doctors be prevented from fulfilling its responsibility due to an act of God or because of circumstances beyond Paramount’s control, any written or implied liability will be voided.
