Andrea saw a clear need for an innovative and responsible pest control company in the South Florida market. After purchasing a home and needing a lawn company to assist with weed control many companies promised they would show up to quote the job but never did. So Andrea decided to do things better and that is how Paramount Pest Doctors began. From its inception it has always been clear that the Palm Beach market had a need for companies who delivered professionalism, responsiveness and handled their business with Integrity. With over 12 years in the field of education, Andrea serves as the President of the company and plays a major role in steering the overall growth and direction of the company. She holds a Florida Pest Control license and enjoys making a contribution to the communities she serves. Her main focus is always on Natural and “Green” eco-friendly solutions for the company and how to implement these strategies most efficiently utilizing her experience as an educator. In her role, Andrea works closely with her team to ensure that these core values are always met. These values are based on serving clients with honesty, professionalism and most of all with integrity. Andrea is heavily involved in the daily operations and plays an intricate role in the growth and expansion of Paramount Pest Doctors. She takes pride in running a pristine operation and doesn’t settle for anything less. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Education.

Anthony, a career Entrepreneur has owned and operated multiple successful aviation operations over his career. He has also served as Director of Operations for many companies during his career. He has shifted his attention to the pest control industry where he sees a real need for advancement in technology and overall industry growth and professionalism. With his never-ending drive to pursue excellence, Anthony is dedicated to always “raising the bar” of professionalism in Paramount Pest Doctors corporate culture and within the pest control industry. Anthony is licensed in the state of Florida, has received a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Anthony is a commercial pilot. He holds multiple licenses including being a flight instructor. Anthony has a passion to see this operation grow and to mentor his team to embrace the unique profession of pest management. His years of professional experience and expertise have caused him to become well known for delivering quality service. Anthony’s main focus is on client relations and customer satisfaction. He looks forward to serving you!

Jared brings over 10 years of Pest control management experience to the Paramount family. We are proud to have him part of our team! Jared’s experience is a huge asset to our team because he understands the importance of delivering quality methods that bring Paramount to the forefront of “IPM” Integrative Pest Management. During his earlier years in the pest control industry working as a technician, and later as a Certified Pest Operator Jared has had the opportunity to see what works for clients and what delivers the best value based on tried and true techniques. This in turn makes Paramount a leader in the pest control industry because with their innovative and state of the art advances and best practices in the pest control industry. In addition to these practices Jared focuses on properties that the Paramount team serves to make sure that we have met and exceeded our corporate values. Jared is constantly working with our technicians and clients through training and education. He oversees the daily operation and strives to make all Commercial & Residential clients feel like they are part of the Paramount Pest Doctors family. Many of these properties that we serve are commercial buildings or office spaces but we also service many residential homes. Jared himself is no stranger to being a residential property owner and family man. He is a proud husband and father with small children. He understands the importance of keeping your home and environment free of pests along with making the environment safe from excessive toxicity. Jared is also highly skilled and trained in Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and products that cause chemical reactions. The Paramount family is proud to have a truly experienced professional member of our management team. Jared tells our clients “Our promise is to treat you as our own”.
